UNDER THE LAW is a fast-paced, entertaining and educational series on PAX- TV that helps viewers develop a greater understanding of the different legal specialties. The half hour program consists of five segments, each profiling a different legal specialty. South Florida's most prominent attorneys take viewers behind the scenes of their law firm with actual client cases to illustrate the benefits of their expertise.

UNDER THE LAW airs on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm and is promoted throughout the week on
NBC6 and PAX-TV.

 

THE PRODUCTION TEAM

Symon Productions work is highly regarded in the South Florida legal community. Symon Productions is headed by Robyn Symon, a two time Emmy winning writer/producer. Symon is currently producing the documentary series, "Voices of Vision", for PBS. Symon Productions is also the producer of "Technology Week in Review" airing on CNBC and "Exploring Coral Reefs" with Jean-Michel Cousteau as well as commercials, promotional and training videos.

Prior to her own company, Symon was a Senior Producer with WPBT-TV, the PBS affiliate in Miami, hosting and producing the award-winning series, "New Florida" also airing nationally on The Travel Channel. Robyn was also a Special Projects Producer for NBC6 and political reporter for CBS NEWS and AP in Texas. Her work is highly regarded in the South Florida legal community, producing settlement videos for prominent law firms.

Director of Photography, Joel Kaplan has been involved with national and international television productions since 1978. His experience includes documentaries to music videos, multi-camera field productions for clients including PBS, Discovery Channel, HGTV, Learning Channel, Sci-Fi Channel, VH-1, ABC Sports, USA Network and others. Joel has been honored with six Emmy awards, ten Telly awards and The Corporation for Public Broadcasting Silver Award among others.
Joel Kaplan brings a wealth of creative expertise to the production team for Under the Law.
Keane Image is committed to creating broadcast graphics of the highest quality for Under the Law.
Keane Image Graphic Design is a South Florida multi-media graphic design company with Pamela Keane, the owner, overseeing all artistic production. Ms. Keane has created broadcast graphics for Nickelodeon, E-Rex, and has designed web sites and animations for many South Florida businesses. Additionally, Keane Image does extensive graphic design in all phases of print as well as film and multi-media and contributes regularly to Symon Productions.
