Producer
Robyn
Symon is a two time Emmy award-winning television producer
with 15 years of broadcast experience as both a reporter
and a producer. Robyn is currently a producer with the
PBS series, "Voices of Vision." The series focuses
on non-profit organizations. It includes an episode on
Fordham Law School's
International Human Rights program investigating
abuses against women in Africa. A second episode is on
preservation and protection of marine life. A third in
the series is on the expanding role played by Boys Town,
the home for neglected and abused children.
Robyn has also produced "Living Positive" about
the threat of AIDS to teens and an educational documentary
with Jean-Michel Cousteau. Prior to her independent work,
Robyn was the Senior Producer of WPBT-TV,
the PBS station in Miami, Florida
where she produced and co-hosted the Emmy award-winning
magazine series, "New Florida" also airing nationally.
Robyn began her broadcasing career as a news reporter
for
the NBC and ABC affiliates in Texas. She later covered
state politics in Texas for CBS News and the Associated
Press. She has been honored with numerous awards including
Emmys, Telly, NABJ, AP and UPI awards for both producing
and reporting.

Zapple
has 30 years of experience in public television at WGBH
in Boston, WQED in Pittsburgh and WPBT in Miami. She has
produced, written and executive produced dozens of projects
including National Geographic Specials, Kennedy Center
Tonight, Wonderworks, Visions of the Constitution and
Space Age. She is also familiar with the international
market, having been director of international sales and
the co-production representative for WQED.

Joel
Kaplan
has been involved with national and international television
productions since 1978. His experience includes documentaries
and single to multi-camera field productions for clients
including PBS, Discovery Channel, HGTV, Learning Channel,
Sci-Fi Channel, VH-1, ABC Sports, USA Network and others.
Joel has been honored with six Emmy awards, ten Telly
awards and The Corporation for Public Broadcasting Silver
Award among others.
